The B-Side of the far-better "Eat Me, Dr. Carr" single. Written in 'honor' of this guy named Billy (duh!), we used to play it over and over again, at high volume, until he'd get annoyed and start throwing stuff at us. As you can well-imagine, that didn't take very long.

The title, apart from being a random series of unrelated (albeit alliterative) words, apparently means something to Mr. Hagan.  Personally, I've always simply called the song "Billy".
